An enthusiastic walker, she needs a few lessons in the art of the leash. She knows her name and sit, and is diligently practicing to achieve the perfect Frisbee catch. Due to her exuberant nature, older kids would be best, especially since she loves to flop on any available lap. Phoebe is potty trained and will settle in her crate if it's close to her people.
