DESCRIPTION
Meet Scott, a sweet and affectionate guy who loves greeting people with happy wiggles, tail wags, and plenty of kisses. He enjoys toys, exploring on walks, and then settling in close for some quality time, showing both playful energy and a calm, cuddly side. Scott may start off a bit excited or jumpy, but he often settles with time and has shown nice manners, even knowing “sit.” He tends to focus on his handler and enjoys human connection, while appearing to prefer space from other dogs and would likely benefit from slow introductions. Scott is looking for a home that can continue to build his confidence while giving him room to play, explore, and relax. Due to capacity at the shelter, this pet is at risk. ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
