DESCRIPTION
Mello was 15 minutes away from being euthanized at a large, over-crowded shelter. We think poor Mellow experienced some severe cruelty before he was brought to the shelter. He had a partial Penis break and a incision on it as well. He is not urinating well so we are going to have to do some extensive surgery with a specialist. He is super sweet, very loving and the most calm dog even after all he has been through - to go through the hands of a animal abuser and then to have to go into a crowded shelter on stray hold!
