Born January 27th during the ice storm, Icelyn is a 5-month-old survivor with a sweet heart and a story that reminds us how powerful second chances can be.

Icelyn is one of nine puppies currently here at Somebody to the Rescue and is getting ready to find the forever family she deserves.

She has received her third round of puppy vaccinations and has been dewormed.

Before she was even born, Icelyn’s future almost looked very different. Her mom was left outside in dangerous winter weather and likely would not have survived if Somebody to the Rescue hadn’t been contacted and stepped in to help. Just two days after being brought to safety, the ice storm arrived—and her mom gave birth to 10 puppies.

Icelyn is one of those little miracles.
