Hi there! I’m Ava! I’m 6 months old, 36 lbs, and I have three legs, but don’t worry, I get around just fine!

I had a pretty rough start in life. Someone shot me, shattering my knee, and the nice doctors couldn’t save my leg. But that’s all behind me now!

I’m a happy, active, sweet girl who loves life! I run, play, explore, and do all the things other puppies do. I just do them with one less leg and maybe a little extra wiggle!

I’m still a youngster, so I have lots of growing, learning, and loving to do. I’d really love a family to grow up with, a cozy bed to call my own, and humans who think I’m as special as my rescue friends do.

I promise, you won’t even notice my missing leg once you see how much love I have to give!
