I don’t know why - my foster mom assures me that I am cute and the sweetest little nugget she has ever met but she hasn’t received any interest in me. Maybe nobody thinks I am cute?? My foster mom will be moving to a retirement home and can’t keep me forever. I was abandoned in the shelter lobby, adopted and then confiscated, adopted and then found as a stray. Despite all that I have been through I try to keep my spirits high! And being with a foster mom has helped but I don’t have much time left and need to find a loving home soon. Here is what my foster mom has to say about me! Deja has a happy little spirit and she is just waiting to find a family that will give her all the love she deserves! She bonds quickly to her people and will soak up every bit of love that you give her. This fun loving girl is hoping to find a furever home where she will be able to explore and sniff around on walks, enjoy the sun on her little body and rest on comfy beds with some adorable zoomies thrown in the mix! Very friendly + loves being around people Kid friendly + has been in a home with my foster mom’s grandkids House trained + not at all destructive when left out in the house Dog friendly + has lived in foster with other dogs (also attended doggie daycare) Easy on leash + enjoys sniffing Gets excited little hops + twirls when getting ready for a walk Enjoys exploring her outside area, laying in the sun, going on walks + checking in on her person Perfect medium energy (enjoys walks but also likes toys, exploring her yard + snuggles) Sleeps soundly through the night in her bed Super sweet snuggle buddy, loves to watch TV with her person at the end of the day Rides well in the car + gets excited to go on adventures Did great for her spa day at PetSmart
