DESCRIPTION
Meet Buddy! Buddy checks every box for cute, playful, and adorable! This young guy was rescued with another dog in Texas and is now being fostered in Gig Harbor, Washington, where his foster family is getting to know him. Buddy is about 10 months old and weighs 40 lbs.
So far, Buddy is showing us what a fun, sweet boy he is. He loves to play, and he and his foster friend have a great time together. He has a playful spirit and plenty of puppy-like energy, and we think he’ll thrive in a home that can give him lots of love, attention, playtime, and adventures.
As Buddy settles into his foster home and we continue getting to know him, we’re sure there’s even more of his personality waiting to shine. He’s a young dog with so much potential and so much love to give. Buddy is ready to find his forever home and start the next chapter of his life. Could that be you?

ABOUT: GOLDEN RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The Golden Retriever is a friendly, intelligent, and gentle dog breed known for its golden colored, water repellent coat. They are highly sociable and great with families, children, and other pets, making them popular as therapy and service dogs. With a love for outdoor activities and water, Golden Retrievers excel in various dog sports like agility and obedience. They require regular exercise, mental stimulation, and grooming to maintain their health and happiness. Overall, the Golden Retriever is a versatile and beloved companion dog breed.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
