HOSPICE FOSTER / ADOPTER NEEDED
Sweet Milla is looking for a soft place to land. Milla is a senior girl with two fairly large tumors— one on her leg and one on her bottom. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we raised the funds to have them removed.
Unfortunately, after further evaluation, it was discovered that Milla has an arrhythmia. After several conversations with our veterinarian, we made the difficult decision that surgery would put her at a greater risk than simply letting her enjoy the time she has left.
The good news? The tumors don't seem to bother her. She still gets around well, enjoys life, and deserves the comfort of a home instead of a kennel.
What Milla needs now isn't another procedure. She needs someone willing to love her exactly as she is.
Hospice fostering isn't about counting the days someone has left. It's about making sure those days are filled with warm beds, gentle hands, good meals, and knowing what it feels like to be someone's dog.
If you can open your heart and your home to Milla, FOTCAS will provide her medical care and support. You provide the love.
Please share this post. The right person is out there— we just have to help Milla find them.
