DESCRIPTION
Scarlet is a 1 to 2 year old, 50 pound mixed breed. We truly have no idea what she is other than adorable. She loves other dogs and has met kitties and is curious. We think with training she would do well with cats. She has energy because she’s young but is fairly calm for an adolescent dog.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Norfolk Terrier is a small, alert, and intelligent breed known for its friendly and fearless nature. Originally bred in England for hunting small vermin, these dogs are now cherished as lovable companions. They have a wiry, weather resistant coat that comes in various shades of red, wheaten, black and tan, or grizzle. With their playful and affectionate temperament, Norfolk Terriers make wonderful family pets and thrive in both urban and rural environments.
