Mixed Breed and Basset Hound Dogs Available for Adoption

Our sweet rescue girl surprised us with 6 adorable puppies! 3 boys, 3 girls! They are 5 weeks old & will be ready to go at the appropriate age. These darling cuties are super sweet & very special. Mom looks like a Bassett mix and is about 26 lbs. We are looking for special homes for the puppies and for the mom, when she is ready.

The Basset Hound is a unique and recognizable breed known for its long body, droopy ears, and soulful eyes. Originating from France, they were originally bred for hunting small game like rabbits due to their keen sense of smell and sturdy build. Despite their laid back and affectionate nature, Basset Hounds are also persistent and independent thinkers, which can make training a bit challenging.
