DESCRIPTION
Strudel is a sweet, spunky little girl. She likes staying close to her people and despite weighing only 5 pounds, she has quite the voice to let you know when she needs something. She is dog and cat friendly and does like to socialize with furry friends. Meeting new people can be scary for Strudel, she is becoming braver every day but would do best in a calm, quiet home.
Strudel is currently heartworm positive and has already begun treatment. Her treatment is fully coordinated and paid for by Big Paws of the Ozarks, and she is available for adoption while she completes the process.
ABOUT: MINIATURE SCHNAUZER DOG BREED
The Miniature Schnauzer is a small and sturdy breed known for its distinctive look, including a wiry coat, bushy eyebrows, and a beard. These dogs are friendly, intelligent, and adaptable, making them excellent family pets. They are highly social and enjoy being around people, often forming strong bonds with their owners. Miniature Schnauzers are energetic and require regular exercise to stay healthy and happy. With proper training and socialization, these playful dogs make loyal companions for individuals and families alike.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
