Milo - Miniature Poodle Dog for Adoption in Houston, Texas

Milo is a 10 year old, poodley mix of some sort, who is a teeny little senior guy, weighing only 7lbs.

Milo is a very friendly, spunky dude. He loves strangers and will immediately approach and ask for pets. He loves to cuddle and loves to be held. He has not met young kids and given his age and small stature, we would say kids 8+.

Milo is wonderful with dogs. He coexists with the other 2 small dogs in foster care beautifully. He just does his own thing and occasionally will try to cuddle up with them.

He has shown to be house trained. He does not potty while his foster is at work while he is in a pay pen. He is not left free roam.

Milo loves to prance around on walks - he is a fast walker! He will zig zag around on leash with his nose to the ground sniffing everything. He also is a marker outside - not inside though! He really enjoys his walks and an adopter should be excited on talking him for a few walks throughout the day.

He is perfect in the car and seats in his car seat and takes a snooze.

Milo is an incredibly sweet and loving little dog. He is friendly, affectionate, loyal and playful.

Medical: Milo came to us with a mouth full of rotten teeth and oral nasal fistulas. We had him see a dental surgeon who removed his remaining teeth and closed up the fistulas. Milo doesn't let it bother him - he eats his pate with glee!

*PLEASE NOTE: all of our dogs are fostered in Houston, TX, where our rescue is based. However, we work with trusted transport partners to transport our dogs to over 30 cities in the United States. Additionally, adopters are always encouraged to come to Houston to pick up the pup and bring them home. Once an adoption is confirmed, our team will work with you to determine the best transport schedule. Her transport fee is included in the adoption fee.
