These two were rescued from a neglectful situation in Salinas, California, thanks to the kindness and quick action of compassionate rescuers. Today, they’re safe, thriving in a loving foster home, and ready to find their forever family—together. 💛

Betsy is the definition of gentle and loving. She’s a calm, cuddly lap dog who adores being close to her people. She loves kids, enjoys going on walks, and is happiest when she’s snuggled up in your arms or relaxing by your side. She’s quiet overall, only barking occasionally, and gets along beautifully with other dogs and everyone she meets.

Rocky is her sweet and playful counterpart. A bit younger in spirit, he has more energy and loves to run, play, and be part of the fun—especially with kids! He’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on companionship. Rocky is very attached to Betsy and feels most secure when she’s nearby. He’s still learning leash manners, but he’s making progress with guidance and patience.
