Nellie is half of a bonded pair, and she's new to our rescue. This sweet girl and her brother Rugar were surrendered by their family because of a move. Imagine losing your home and your family overnight. Despite everything, Nellie is loving and ready for a fresh start. Here's what we know about her so far:
