Hi! I’m Rowdy! It is so nice to meet you!!! I was found running in the middle of the road. I love everybody and everything I have come in contact with. I am the happiest little guy. I weigh in at 12 pounds and have the sweetest disposition. I will not be available for adoption until I have been neutered. I will be fixed the week of May 11th.
