Pistachio came to us from a shelter in OK where she was running out of time. She is the sweetest girl, a true gentle soul! Pistachio gets along with other dogs although she prefers a calm energy to match her own. She is around 5-6 years old and weighs around 75 pounds. She would love to find her forever people and will make the best snuggle companion for those upcoming winter nights!

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines:

Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more
