Meet Pearl (aka the crusty queen with opinions )

Pearl is 3.5 years old, 6lbs, and came to us back in September with 12 other dogs. She's officially retired from her past life as a "milk dog" mama - done raising babies and finally ready to live life on her terms now. And trust us... she has terms

This girl has come SUCH a long way with socialization, but she's still very much an independent lady. If you're looking for a cuddle bug... Pearl said "respectfully, no." BUT if you're looking for a bestie who will absolutely smother you in kisses and demand head scratches and has the cutest little wiggle?? She's your girl

Her favorite hobbies include:
Throwing her toys for herself (yes, really)
Perching on the back of the couch like a tiny gargoyle
Handing out unsolicited kisses
Wiggling when she hears someone say "Pearly girly"

Pearl is crate trained and potty trained, though she may need a little refresher in a new home. She thrives on routine - once she learns it, she sticks to it like a pro.

Requirements for Miss Pearl
Must own your home
Fenced-in yard required
Prefer to be the only dog OR have a very submissive dog sibling (she's got a little attitude and not everyone appreciates her spice )
Must love kisses
No cuddling expectations

She's still not a fan of being reached for and may need to be leashed or gently led outside, but with patience and consistency, she does great. She has never showed any aggression to people, she just doesn't fully grasp she's safe right away.

Pearl isn't for everyone - but for the right person, she's hilarious, quirky, and so full of personality. If you love a dog with boundaries and a whole lot of sass, Pearl is waiting for you
