Meet Squeaky!

Squeaky is an adult male Maltese mix with a moderate energy level and a gentle, sensitive personality. They came in very matted and unkempt, and are still adjusting while learning what comfort and care can feel like. Squeaky is very shy and nervous, especially when meeting new people, and will need patience and understanding as they settle into a new home.

We believe Squeaky may be blind in their right eye, likely from an old injury sustained while living on the streets. Despite this, they continue to adapt and navigate their world, and it does not stop them from seeking comfort and safety. Squeaky will need a compassionate home that can offer reassurance and help them continue building confidence.

They do well with dogs and may find comfort in calm canine companions. With consistency, kindness, and positive experiences, Squeaky's sweet personality has the chance to blossom. They are looking for a patient adopter willing to move at their pace and help them feel safe, loved, and secure.
