Meet Toto — the ultimate little shadow and devoted best friend. This 10-year-old Maltese mix has never met a stranger he didn’t love. Toto gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and every human lucky enough to cross his path. Whether you’re heading out for errands or planning your next road trip, Toto is always ready to ride shotgun as the perfect travel companion.

At heart, Toto is a classic velcro dog. He loves being close to his people and will absolutely let you know if he feels underappreciated or overdue for a cozy nap. Equal parts sweet and spirited, this active senior still has plenty of pep in his step and lots of love to give.

Toto recently had a full dental and is feeling better than ever. He does best with soft food now, but there’s a silver lining — he’ll never need another dental procedure! He can thrive as your one-and-only pup, soaking up all the attention, or he’d happily join a pack of canine friends who can help show him the ropes in his new home.

When Toto first arrived at SVPP, he needed quite a bit of TLC after falling on hard times. Thanks to loving care, he’s blossomed back into the happy, affectionate little dog he was always meant to be. Now, all that’s missing is a forever family to call his own.
