DESCRIPTION
Well, hello there tiny cutie bear! Bea is estimated to be about 4 years old and weighs 10 pounds.
Meet Bea, a darling little girl with the most adorable, melt-your-heart deep, dark eyes, and an even sweeter disposition. Her cuteness is truly indescribable, she looks like a little stuffed animal come to life, with her stubby little legs and fluffy goodness. With a name that means "bringer of happiness," which honestly suits her perfectly, she is sure to bring so much joy to her new family. Bea took her treats so gently for her photo shoot, she was actually hard to take a picture of because she just wants to be by you, the photographer had to be quick! We really can't get past her loving gaze, it just gets you. Bea would probably prefer a quieter, more predictable type home to match her personality. She would just love it if you came to meet her, she really wants a family to love. She will need an adult only home since she is so small.
If you are interested in Bea and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!
*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
ABOUT: MALTESE DOG BREED
The Maltese is a small toy breed known for its glamorous white coat, which is long, silky, and virtually hypoallergenic. They are gentle, affectionate companion dogs that thrive on human companionship and make wonderful family pets. Maltese dogs are playful, intelligent, and alert, with a confident demeanor despite their small size. They require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious coat and are suitable for apartment living due to their size and adaptability.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
