Teddy - Maltese Dog for Adoption in Matthews, North Carolina

This new little guy is Teddy. He’s about a yr old and 10lbs or so. Teddy has been through a couple owners as far as we can tell and has developed severe separation anxiety to the point where he can try to hurt himself if crated or kept from his person. For that reason we need a foster home where he won’t be crated and someone who is home to work with him on easing his fears of abandonment. He’s sweet with all people but can be possessive toward dogs over food or treats. He’s some sort of Maltese or poodle mix maybe. Housebroken pretty much and leash trained.
