He needs to see a pet Cardilogist to determine if this is a surgery option (likely too small) or a wait and see if his heart murmur (closing on its own) as he grows! He has 2 Maltese playmates in the foster home and is using pee pads as well as going into the fenced yard for potty. Eager to please his humans.
