Mitsie - Maltese Dog for Adoption in Los Angeles, California

Mitsie is a darling little Maltese who is about 3 years old and weighs 8.5 pounds. We got along with another little Maltese out of Palmdale shelter. She was extremely matted but our groomer did a great job considering. Considering what Mitsie must have gone through, she is sweet and affectionate however is still a little shy. Her little tail thumps nonstop when you approach her and she loves rolling over on her belly for pets. She gets along great with other dogs and is quickly getting the hang of going potty outside. Mitsie was probably never on a leash so we're working on that. She's getting used to it quickly since she wants to follow me. I've never heard a peep out of her but I suspect once she settles in she'll probably alert bark. Mitsie has had all her shots, is spayed and microchipped.
