DESCRIPTION
Mae is a shy, sensitive girl who is learning to trust more and more every day. She came from a breeding operation, so she did not receive the princess treatment that she deserved. Her foster mom is working with her and reports that she grows more and more open to trusting her. Mae lights up when she sees other dogs. We have not had her around cats, but it is safe to say she is unfamiliar with them.
Mae has never lived inside, so she is soaking in the good, comfy life. She is still trying to learn to potty outside. She is getting there, but her adopter must work with her and keep her on a routine.
We believe Mae is a Maltese. She weighs around9-10 pounds full grown. Her age is unknown but estimated to be around 5 years. She will make the best companion for someone who is patient and will allow her time to bloom into her personality. She spent her whole life reproducing and can now begin the journey of becoming someone's best friend.
