Meet Charlie!

Charlie is a 2-year-old Maltese, possibly a mix, weighing almost 9 pounds. He's one of our newer Castaways, so were still getting to know all the little things that make Charlie... Charlie.

What we've learned so far is pretty darn sweet.

Charlie enjoys being with people and seems happiest when he has someone nearby. He's a friendly little guy who appreciates companionship and gets along well with other dogs, too. And if you'd like to speed up the friendship process, Charlie would like you to know that treats are always an excellent idea.

When it comes to grooming, Charlie does have an opinion. Clippers are currently getting two paws down. He doesn't like being groomed with them, so his future family will need to be patient and work with him to find the grooming routine that makes him most comfortable.

Since Charlie is still new to us, there are plenty of chapters in his personality that we haven't gotten to read yet. Were still discovering his favorite things, his quirks, and exactly what kind of home will make him happiest.

But sometimes you don't need to know everything right away.

We already know Charlie is a sweet little dog who likes people, gets along with other dogs, and wants to be part of someone's life.

The rest?

We cant wait to watch him show us.

ADOPTION DONATION: $300

This adoption donation helps to cover the vet expenses for this dog including heartworm preventive which is dispensed at the initial vet visit and then goes with the dog at adoption. All vet records will be provided to adopter.
