Betty – 11 lb Sweetheart Looking for a Patient, Loving Home
Betty is a small, gentle 11-pound dog currently being fostered through K9 Paw Print Rescue and she’s ready to find her forever family.
Betty came from a hoarding situation where many of the dogs appeared to be Yorkie, Maltese, and terrier-type mixes. Betty herself may have some Jack Russell or other terrier in her — but her exact mix is unknown. She is estimated to be 5-8 years old.
She has a beautiful happy smile and a very loving personality. Once she bonds with her person, she becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal.
Betty gets along very well with other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with another friendly canine companion. Because she came from a hoarding situation, new environments will take a little time and patience, but she is incredibly gentle and eager to love.
She is doing well with potty training and using a dog door but came from a hoarder situation so expect a learning curve and to have some patience with a new environment. She would do best in a calmer home with children 10+.
Betty would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a sweet, sensitive little dog to love.
