Lark is growing into her name! She is a sweet, playful, but very shy girl who spent her first years living in a cage at a puppy mill. This means that many basic skills, like walking up and down a flight of stairs and taking treats from her human's hands, are still on her "to do" list. BUT, she's learned to run up and down a few steps out the back door with ease. And when her foster siblings are getting treats, she approaches and will happily gobble up a treat placed on the floor next to her.

Lark is curious, and loves exploring her fenced back yard, and equally loves a long leash walk around the neighborhood, especially when her foster siblings are by her side. She can usually be found in close proximity to her foster sister, watching and learning.

With lots of gentle encouragement and love, this little gem of a dog will become a loving companion and make you laugh with her playful antics and glorious tail wag!
