Meet sweet little Howie!
Howie is a Lhasa Apso or Shih Tzu terrier mix, about a year old and 16 pounds. He arrived with badly matted fur, so we had to shave him to make him comfortable.
He likes other dogs and people. Howie needs a little time to warm up and know he’s safe, but once he does, you’ll see what a nice little dog he is. I can see him fitting into just about any family setting... he just wants people of his own.
