Meet Lollie

Lollie is a sweet 10-month-old Lab with a gentle soul and a calm demeanor. 47 lbs.
She finds the most joy by bouncing around and playing with other dogs. There are 5 in the foster home and she does great with all. She is also a frequent flyer and member now at meadow run dog park and has an absolute blast romping around with all the dogs there! We really feel Lollie needs another dog in her forever home. They help her feel comfortable.

Once she finds a human to trust, she loves snuggling on the couch or the bed, if you welcome her. Sing to her and she can't resist snuggling in for some good ear rubs!

Like many rescue dogs, Lollie takes time to feel safe. We are looking for a home that provides this time and patience. She is not your typical friendly happy go lucky lab, yet.

To know Lollie is to love her. She is going to make a family very happy someday. It can be very rewarding to help a shy dog blossom.

She is in a foster home with little kids and she is afraid of them. She will probably blossom more quickly if there are not littles around all the time.

Lollie is available for adoption in Michigan. Her foster family is in Lawton, just southwest of Kalamazoo. We have a shelter in Mississippi and a branch of foster families and veterinary partners in Kalamazoo MI.
