DESCRIPTION
Phoebe Minroe is a 36 pound, fully grown cutie pie who has been searching for her forever home since she was just a puppy! She originally came to our facility as a pup in February 2024, was adopted out July 2024, and then returned to the shelter by a concerned citizen in October 2025 where she then was sent out to a foster home to save her life. Phoebe is a gentle girl with big brains. She's house trained, kennel trained, good with dogs (if slow, proper introductions are done), good with cats, good with kids (we recommend older kids that can be slow and gentle with her), good in the car, and good on a leash! She's just a good girl. She loves to be laying where she can watch you wander the home, she loves to snuggle, loves to wrestle with her fur-sibling, and loves going for carrides! Due to her rough past, she is weary of strangers, but once she understands that you are a safe space she will be your best friend for life. To set up a meet and greet with Phoebe please contact the Animal Placement Coordinator at (918) 857-8194 or our Front Desk staff at (918)596-8010.
