Scotch is a young, vibrant soul, full of life and love. He was found in downtown Houston, skinny and homeless. He was nursed back to health there and traveled north to find a home to call his own! This friendly and goofy boy will make an excellent companion because he is housetrained, great with other dogs, and very loyal to his people. He's also very smart and eager to please. If you're looking for a pup who will put a smile on your face and be your best friend, Scotch is for you!
