Pete needs a second chance.

Pete is an amazing boy. He did everything that was asked of him. He found a home. He completed professional obedience training. He learned great manners. He became a loyal companion. Through no fault of his own, Pete is once again looking for the forever home he deserves.

Pete is about 4 years old, weighs around 65 pounds, and is a handsome Lab mix. He is house trained, professionally trained, and knows his basic commands. We even have an amazing video showing off everything he learned! We would love to share it!

Pete loves people, loves playing fetch, and would be happiest with an active family and a fenced yard where he can run, play, and enjoy life. One of his favorite things is simply being with his people. He will happily follow you around the yard, relax beside you on the couch, and if you let him, sleep right next to you.
He also loves riding in the car and sits quietly, making him the perfect companion for everything from a quick trip to the park to your next road trip adventure.

Pete was adopted by a wonderful gentleman who truly loves him. Unfortunately, he realized Pete is simply stronger and more active than he can safely manage. Making the decision to let Pete go has been heartbreaking, but finding him the right home is an incredible act of love. Pete has done nothing wrong. He is affectionate, loyal, smart, and ready to give his whole heart to the next family lucky enough to call him their own.
