Patch - Labrador Retriever and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in San Antonio, Texas

Meet Patch! This adorable little boy got his name because it looks like he is wearing a patch over one eye. He is the largest of his litter, but he is also one of the calmest. Patch loves to be held and has a sweet, gentle nature that makes him especially easy to fall in love with. He is ready to find a loving forever home.
Patch was one of five puppies rescued from beneath a shed after we received a call that their mother had sadly been hit by a car and killed. Since then, he and his littermates have been safe, loved, and thriving. They are all incredibly friendly, adorable puppies who are now ready to find the forever homes they deserve.

These sweet puppies are ready to find their forever homes. Each puppy has received 3 sets of vaccinations, has been dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and is current on flea and heartworm prevention. They also come with a free vet visit to Banfield Pet Hospital and one month of free PetFirst pet insurance. Adoption fee is $125.

The Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile dog breed known for its friendly demeanor and high intelligence. These dogs are often used as guide dogs for the visually impaired, search and rescue dogs, and excellent family pets. Labradors are known for their great sense of smell, strong build, and love of water, making them exceptional hunters and swimmers. With their loyal and loving nature, Labradors have rightfully earned their reputation as one of the most beloved dog breeds in the world.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
