High – I am a dog that will do best with an active person or family.
• I would love to get up and go adventure with you!
- While at the shelter I can be shy or nervous
• I can be overwhelmed and need encouragement.
• I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.
SKILLS
• While at the shelter I have shown staff that I have basic training and know sit!
LEASH
• I walk well on a leash, but may pull if I get excited or nervous.
MISCELLANEOUS
• Snacks are a great way to make friends with me and teach me fun tricks.
• I really enjoy the company of my human friends.
• I may do better with an experienced owner in caring for shy dogs and/or large breeds.
• It is recommended that I meet any canine companions living in the home prior to being adopted.
• I will need supervision when outdoors, as I may bolt if I get nervous or curious.
• I take treats gently.
• The shelter is learning about my personality, but I've shown to be a shy guy who wants to be friends, and just needs a little encouragement to get there.
