Harper - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Ossining, New York

Harper was adopted 3 months ago. Her family wasnt sure if she was dog friendly so we showed them Harper running and playing with other dogs.

They enrolled her in a local dog daycare and while a dog was leaving it looks like Harper punctured another dog.

Her owners are returning her for it. They are concerned with having young kids in the home. They clarified that Harper has done great with their children.

They are concerned that they dont have the skills or confidence to introduce Harper to other dogs easily and its too overwhelming.

Harper is dog friendly but like all dogs, cant be forced to like all dogs or be perfect on every occasion. I would say based on this information I would not recommend dog parks but would still keep her socialized as she enjoys playing with other dogs.
