DESCRIPTION
Max is a sweet and energetic large dog. He was found as a stray so we don't know his background. We think he looks like a Lab/Coonhound mix. 62 pounds, full grown at 2 years old. Max has lots of puppy energy, loves people, understandably a little unsure of why he is in the shelter. It takes him a minute to warm up when he meets new people, but once he gets over his shyness, he is a cuddle bug. Max may knock over small children in his exuberance so sturdy kids who don't mind that or older kids. Max is up to date on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm disease and his adoption fee includes a voucher for the mandatory neuter and microchip.
