SOLOMON - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Marietta, Georgia

Solomon - 23245 - Kennel 825 - Arrived October 8, 2026 - Labrador Retriever - chocolate brown - male - 2 years old - 79 lbs - Neutered - Up to date on vaccines - Heartworm negative

Solomon is a beautiful chocolate Labrador Retriever with a glossy brown coat, a warm amber gaze, and a smile that makes you want to say hello. He is sweet and smart, and he is already the kind of dog who makes a room feel brighter.

Solomon arrived at Cobb Animal Services on October 8, 2026, when his previous owners moved and left him behind. He deserved better than that, and he deserves a person who will stay. At 2 years old and 79 pounds, he is a young, sturdy boy with his whole adult life ahead of him. He knows sit, stay, and down, and he takes treats gently, so he is ready to keep learning with the right home.

Solomon is house trained and good with children, dogs, and cats, which makes him a wonderful fit for a busy household. He gets excited on walks, and that enthusiasm can show up as a little pulling on the leash. With training and practice, that improves, and his enthusiasm is a joy to have along on every adventure.

He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. A kennel isn't where a smart, sweet boy like Solomon belongs. He is ready for a couch to call his own and a family who will be there for him for good. Come meet him in kennel 825.
