Misty - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Manchester, Connecticut

Misty is about 1-year-old, weighs 51 pounds, and is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. This sweet girl arrived at the shelter already spayed and carrying the evidence of a difficult past—a surgically repaired break in her back left leg. Fortunately, she has made a full recovery. Despite everything she's been through, Misty hasn't let it dim her spirit one bit. She is calm, friendly, and immediately falls in love with everyone she meets. She isn't shy at all and greets new friends like she's known them forever.

She loves playing with other dogs and does wonderfully in play groups. She's playful without being rough, very gentle, well-mannered, and gets along great with her canine companions. While she does favor her back left leg a little, it certainly doesn't slow her down—she runs circles around the other dogs during playtime!

This beautiful girl has so much love to give, and we're hoping her perfect family is out there waiting to find her.
