DESCRIPTION
Meet Boomer!
Boomer is a handsome Black Lab mix puppy with a whole lot of love to give and plenty of puppy energy to match! This sweet boy is ready to find a family who will help him grow into the wonderful dog he's meant to be.
Like any young puppy, Boomer is still learning the ropes. His new family should be prepared to continue working with him on important puppy skills like potty training, leash walking, and learning good manners. He'll need plenty of patience, consistency, playtime, and positive reinforcement as he learns and grows.
With his happy puppy spirit and loving personality, Boomer is sure to bring plenty of fun, laughter, and puppy kisses to his future home. If you're ready for the joys-and occasional chaos-of puppyhood, Boomer might be the perfect addition to your family!
All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-dogs
ABOUT: LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile dog breed known for its friendly demeanor and high intelligence. These dogs are often used as guide dogs for the visually impaired, search and rescue dogs, and excellent family pets. Labradors are known for their great sense of smell, strong build, and love of water, making them exceptional hunters and swimmers. With their loyal and loving nature, Labradors have rightfully earned their reputation as one of the most beloved dog breeds in the world.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
