Expected Adult Size: 35–45 lbs

Meet Coa, a sweet and smart 15-week-old puppy with an estimated birthday of June 14, 2026. At 14 pounds, Coa is a long-legged little pup with plenty of growing and learning ahead of her. She is expected to be medium-sized when fully grown.

Coa has a beautiful black-and-white coat, tall legs, and the cutest look with one adorable floppy black ear. She came to us from another rescue and has quickly shown us what an awesome little dog she is. She’s independent and confident, but also incredibly sweet and affectionate.

Personality

Coa is sweet, independent, smart, affectionate, and adaptable. She loves people, other animals, and being included in whatever is going on.

She loves running and playing, and one of her funny little habits is running right between your legs while you’re walking! But Coa also knows how to settle down. She can be calm and quiet when it’s time to relax and absolutely loves being petted.

She’s the kind of puppy who seems ready for just about anything—adventures, activities, playtime, or simply hanging out with her people.

Favorite Things

Coa especially enjoys:

* Running and playing
* Being petted
* Treats
* Spending time with people
* Playing with other puppies and animals
* Exploring and being part of activities
* Learning new things

Social & Family Life

Coa is:

**Good with kids
**Good with dogs
**Good with cats

Coa gets along wonderfully with the other puppies and animals around her and loves people. Her combination of independence, friendliness, and affection makes her an easy puppy to enjoy being around.

Training & Daily Routine

Coa is a very smart puppy and is currently learning to walk on a leash—and she’s already doing a great job!

At only 15 weeks old, she’s still at the beginning of her puppy training. Her future family should be ready to continue working with her on potty training, leash skills, basic commands, socialization, and all the other things that come with raising a young puppy.

Ideal Home

Coa would do well with a family ready for the fun—and responsibility—of raising a puppy. She’ll need continued positive training, exercise, socialization, affection, and patience as she grows.

Coa’s personality makes her a potentially great companion for many different lifestyles. She loves activities and exploring, but she can also settle down and be calm and quiet when needed.

Coa is an awesome little puppy who really has a bit of everything—she’s playful yet calm, independent yet affectionate, adventurous yet happy to stop for some pets. Add in those long legs, one adorable floppy ear, and her sweet personality, and she’s pretty hard not to fall in love with.

If you’re looking for a smart, loving puppy who can grow into a companion for adventures and everyday life, Coa is ready to meet you!

Coa can be adopted locally in Puerto Rico.

Coa’s adoption has been sponsored, so we are able to have no adoption fee for her.
