Ollie is a handsome 3-year-old chocolate-colored Lab mix with a fun-loving personality and plenty of love to give. This sweet boy was surrendered through no fault of his own when his family moved, and now he's looking for a new place to call home.

Ollie is an active, playful dog who enjoys staying busy and spending time with his people. Whether it's a game of fetch, a walk around the neighborhood, or an adventure in the great outdoors, he's always ready to join in on the fun. His higher energy level makes him a great match for an active family looking for a loyal companion.

Not only is Ollie playful, but he's also incredibly sweet and affectionate. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, and he rides nicely in the car, making him an excellent travel buddy for trips near and far.

Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Please feel free to call the shelter Wednesday-Sunday to inquire about the animal you are interested in. 706-795-2868.

Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.
All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet.
Fees:
Dogs over 6 months old: $100
Puppies under 6 months: $200.
Cats and Kittens are $75 ($65 without microchip).

NOTE: Our adoptions are first come first served, simply filling out an application does not mean the animal will be held for you, you must come meet the animal in person in order to be considered for adoption.
If you rent you must bring your lease or a letter from your landlord stating you may adopt.
