Adoptable Jenny
This sweet young girl came to us after losing all of her puppies in the shelter. A former street dog, Jenny had zero trust in humans. She was terrified of touch, avoided eye contact, and would cower in the corner of her kennel. Watching her journey has been a beautiful reminder of the magic that fostering can bring. Over the last few weeks especially, Jenny has truly blossomed.
Jenny is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash. She is quiet and well-mannered in the home, making her an easy companion. These days, she loves snuggling up beside her people and will often climb into your lap for extra pets. Now that she knows how wonderful affection can be, she actively seeks it out. Jenny gets along great with other dogs and cats. She hasn't been around children in our care, but we believe she would likely do well with them too.
She has a calm, laid-back demeanor and is the kind of dog who seems grateful every single day to have a safe place to call home.
Jenny is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations and preventatives. She is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing the slow-kill treatment method. At just 30 pounds, she's like a mini Lab and is estimated to be around two years old.
