He's a blank canvas that is ready to learn! Duke was found dumped as a stray with a microchip, but when the owners were contacted, they said they didn't want him. We want to find Duke a family that can't live without him! Duke is with his foster in Texas, and will head to the PNW when he has a family waiting.
