**MEET JAWCELYN!**
Well folks, this sweet girl has quite the story to tell... although unfortunately, **she can’t tell us what happened.**

Introducing **Jawcelyn**, a beautiful 4-month-old Lab mix who came to us with a **fractured lower jaw**. She was living in a homeless encampment and was ultimately surrendered to animal control when no one was able to provide her with the care she needed.

We may never know exactly how Jawcelyn ended up with a broken jaw, and honestly, we're just thankful she ended up in the right hands.

Thankfully, her fracture did **not require surgery**! Her treatment consisted of time, lots of TLC, appropriate soft food, and absolutely **NO TOYS** while that little jaw healed. And heal it did!

Jawcelyn is now **almost completely healed** and is ready to start the next chapter of her life — one where she never has to wonder where her next meal is coming from or whether someone will take care of her.
And let us tell you... this girl is **SWEET.**

Jawcelyn gets along with everyone and has one of those personalities that makes you wonder how anyone could ever resist her. She is loving, happy, affectionate, and just an all-around wonderful puppy.

She doesn't care that her start in life was anything but easy. She's ready to put all of that behind her and focus on the important things: **snuggles, adventures, belly rubs, and finding her forever family!**

Now we need YOUR help finding the people who will love Jawcelyn for the rest of her life.
She deserves a family who will look at this incredibly sweet girl and see not the broken jaw she came in with, but the **beautiful, resilient little soul she has become.**
