Saved from euthanasia in California and now headed to Washington, this little weirdo is getting his second chance-and he is READY to live it big
At just 4.5 months old, Rochester has already lived more life than most dogs ever should. Found wandering the streets of Stockton completely alone as a baby (??? who loses THIS face ), and somehow... no one came looking for him. Their loss. Big time.
