At just 6 months old and 20 lbs, Mia is a beautiful black Sato with the sweetest soulful eyes, adorable oversized ears, and a gentle heart that's just waiting for the right person to help it shine. A Sato is a Puerto Rican street dog, known for being incredibly resilient, intelligent, and loyal.

Mia is a quiet, mild mannered girl who can be shy when meeting new people or experiencing unfamiliar situations. She'll thrive with a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the time and reassurance she needs to build confidence at her own pace. Watching a timid dog like Mia learn to trust and blossom is one of the most rewarding experiences, and they often become the most devoted, loyal companions.

One thing Mia is never shy about is other dogs. She absolutely loves canine friends and would likely enjoy having a confident dog in her forever home to help show her the ropes. She also ignores cats and has a calm, gentle nature that makes her a wonderful companion.

Mia is already crate trained, leash trained, and potty trained, giving her a great head start as she settles into her new home.
