Zoey - Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Zoey is a beautiful 2-1/2 year-old yellow Lab mix weighing about 70 pounds, and she’s one of those special dogs who makes you wonder how she ever ended up in a shelter.

Rescued from a local high-kill shelter, Zoey has quickly shown us what an absolute gem she is. At a recent adoption event, her wonderful temperament was on full display. She happily greeted everyone she met—adults, kids, and dogs alike—with a big smile and a wagging tail. New friends? Yes, please!

Zoey is great on a leash, eager to please, and seems to take everything in stride. She has that wonderful Lab personality—friendly, happy, affectionate, and ready to be part of whatever her people are doing.

If interested in meeting Zoey please submit the online application found on our website www.argosdogrescue.org under Adopt.
