Meet Tulip
At just 8 weeks old, Tulip has already been through more than any puppy should… She was found dumped in Cleveland, TX—skin and bones, clearly having suffered. Thanks to an amazing foster in Tesas, she was able to be rescued off the streets and is learning how to enjoys the comforts of home.
Despite her rough start, Tulip is showing everyone just how resilient she is
In her foster home, she’s already starting to blossom. She was a little shy at first and hid initially, but with patience and kindness, her sweet personality is coming out more every day. She’s even beginning to play with the other dogs and build her confidence
