Slate’s journey started on a lonely country road where he was found as a stray alongside his two sisters, Indigo and Carolina. All three pups were healthy but shy. Since transferring to TRI, this resilient guy has been socializing and settling into his new role as playful puppy.

The Social "Stone": Slate is a total socialite. He’s currently thriving in a foster home with a child and a diverse pack of dogs of all ages and sizes. From big mentors to small playmates, Slate fits right in.
