DESCRIPTION
Tipper (approximately 79 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. If you've been waiting for a big solid Shepherd mix, Tipper is your boy! He's listed as a Labrador Retriever mix, and while we can see some of those breed traits, there is definitely some Shepherd in there somewhere! Tipper is intelligent & curious; like most Shepherds, he can be a good listener when he wants to be, and he can also be quite stubborn when he's got his mind set on something. Luckily Tipper generally wants to please, and he picks up routines and cues very quickly. Plus he is extremely social and loving, greeting his human friends with kisses and happy head nudges. We do not know Tipper's previous history with dogs, but he got along well with the dogs he was introduced to at his previous shelter. Tipper also has a majestic floofy tail that you cannot see in his photos, so come down & say hi to Tipper today - at the very least, you'll get some kisses from him!
If you'd like to meet Tipper and all his friends at the New Hampshire SPCA, please visit our Adoption Center during our open hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed). Have questions? Call (603) 772-2921 ext. 110 or email info@nhspca.org today. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 35.8kg Age: 2yrs 1mths 3wks Animal has been Neutered
